ORDER
The petitioner V.Devagi wife of Late K.Krishnan, after loosing her husband who died while serving as a Conductor in the 3rd respondent transport corporation on 04.08.2003, due to sickness in the course of employment, has presented an application on 18.01.2016 seeking employment on compassionate grounds to his son namely, K.Prem Kumar, who studied +2 with all necessary documents. Since the said application was not considered, she has come to this Court seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide employment to the petitioner's son K.Prem Kumar on compassionate grounds, on the basis of her representation dated 18.01.2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.
3.It is an admitted case that the petitioner's husband Late K.Krishnan while serving as a Conductor in the 3rd respondent transport corporation died on 04.08.2003 due to sickness, leaving behind the petitioner, her son K.Prem Kumar and another son K.Udayakumar, who also died on 25.10.2015. Subsequently, the application submitted by the petitioner seeking employment to her son K.Prem Kumar has not been considered, therefore, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, since all necessary documents have been placed before the 3rd respondent, hereby directs the 3rd respondent to consider the said application dated 18.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
