The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Ne.Mu.A2/6780/2018 dated 16.08.2021, confirming the order passed by the second respondent in Mu.Mu.A1/ 3356/2017 dated 22.01.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 21.03.2024, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
