PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/4th accused, who was arrested on 02.06.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 120(B), 406 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, on 20.07.2022, but the same has not been taken on file so far. 3.As per the allegation made against this petitioner, it appears that he introduced the 1st accused, indulged in the aforesaid illegal activity for extracting money and misappropriated the money promising to secure the Government job. Perusal of CD file as well as from the pleadings of the learned counsel on either side, it is seen that the co-accused has been released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13181 of 2020 on 01.12.2020.

CRL OP(MD). No.15197 of 2022 4.Considering the fact that within few days, the petitioner is entitled to statutory bail and also considering the period of incarceration, without going into other aspects, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 24/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / 24/08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
