ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w. Section 20(b)(ii) (B) NDPS Act, in Cr.No.154 of 2024, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were 1/3

in illegal possession of 1.100 Kgs of ganja, by using bike.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner/A3 is said to have aided the A1 and A2, from whom 1.100 Kgs of ganja is recovered and all the three persons having been arrested on the spot and that the petitioner is arrested only on 26.07.2024 and that the investigation is at a nascent stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
