Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Award No.IO/CHN/A/LI/0079/2024-2025 dated 04.07.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to pay the insurance benefits to the petitioner as per the Policy No.25637432. ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Accordingly, granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The time spent before this Court shall be excluded while calculating the period of limitation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
