The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct a survey of her land in S.No.66/1 situated at Karuppur Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjaur District by considering her representation,dated 12.5.2023. 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The Petitioner claims right over the subject property under sale deed, dated 30.3.2011.The patta for the subject property stands in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.783.The Petitioner submitted an application on 12.5.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before his court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has not submitted any online application and hence, her request could not be considered.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to submit proper online application and produce the acknowledgment for having submitted the online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the first respondent shall consider the online application of the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks thereafter.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
