Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's husband passed away in a road accident. The petitioner states that he is entitled to monetary relief under G.O.Ms.No.141 Home (Tr.IV) Department dated 24.02.2014. The papers are with the fourth respondent.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to forward the relevant papers to the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to taken action as per law thereafter.
