NDPS Act, 1985, in crime No.706 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein and other accused were in illegal possession of 39 Kgs of Ganja.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
4. Considering the over all facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in a case, in which the total recovery is 39 Kgs and the petitioner has also got five previous cases and the investigation being is at a nascent stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
