O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.4 of 2020 registered against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 307, 506(i) and 109 IPC on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent submits that the investigation was completed and the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.115 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet if they are so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
