2. Issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Thenkasi seeking dissolution of the marriage held between him and the respondent herein.

4. After taking into account the overall facts and circumstances, I direct the learned trial Judge to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2021 filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
