ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent not to revise the panel for the years 2004-2005, 20052006 and 2006-2007 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2015.

2.It is submitted that since the respondent made an attempt to revise the panel after a period of 10 years, the petitioner Association submitted a representation dated 10.08.2015 in this regard. Since there is no response, the petitioner association has come up with the above writ petition. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
