ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.2993 of 2016 on his file and to file final report within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks two months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.2993 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
