O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take necessary action, on the basis of the petitioner's appeal, dated 27.04.2016.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 27.04.2016, with regard to the cancellation of the termination order passed by the second respondent and to provide employment to him. After receiving the same, no order has been passed by the fist respondent Corporation till date. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.08.2019, to the first respondent to consider his case. But the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. Mr.P.Balasubramanian, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 27.04.2016, will be disposed of, within a period of eight weeks time.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 27.04.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
