The petitioner has approached this court that the respondent police have not re-presented the charge sheet dated 10.01.2025, which was returned by the trial court on 16.05.2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that the respondent police filed the charge sheet on 10.01.2025, but it was returned for certain defects. However, the charge sheet was re-presented after rectifying the defects and it has been taken on file in PRC No.69 of 2025 on 28.07.2025. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed. 06.08.2025 DSK 2/4
