ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to file the final report in Crime No.141 of 2024 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai through e-filing on 26.03.2025 and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. The respondent police shall take necessary steps and follow it up with the court for ensuring that the final report is taken on file within a stipulated time.
