Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Lr.No.33459/Tho.Ka.1 (2)/2018-3 dated 30.09.2019 quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to extend the Selection Grade to the petitioner in the post of Head Mistress of Elementary School on 05.07.1994 counting her past service prior to 01.06.1988 i.e from 22.02.1972 to 31.05.1988 and pay the arrears and monetary benefits accordingly with revised pension.

The petitioner herein was a primary school Headmistress, who seeks for grant of selection grade in the post of Headmistress of Elementary School, by counting her past service prior to 01.06.1988 in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher, by extending the benefit of 1/3
G.O.(Ms) No.234, School Education (G2) Department, dated 10.09.2009. 2.This issue had already come up for consideration before the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in a batch of cases in Rev.Application No.227 of 2015 etc.,, W.ANos.1744 of 2015 etc., W.P.Nos.29774 of 2016 etc., and Cont.P.Nos.1545 of 2016 etc., dated 09.12.2016 (Government of Tamilnadu, School Education Department and others Vs G.Eswaran and others) and while certain benefits were given by the Hon'ble Full Bench, it was made clear that such benefits would allure to the benefits of the petitioners therein only and that no further writ petition in that regard would be entertained on and from 09.12.2016, which is the date of pronouncement of the order by the Hon'ble Full Bench. It is stated that the order of the Hon'ble Full bench is still in force. 3.In the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Full Bench, the present Writ Petition itself cannot be maintained.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
