ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of 1/3

Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the Will dated 08.05.2017 executed by the petitioner's father.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as far as the right over the property is concerned, there is a suit filed in O.S.No. 1164 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Madurai and a preliminary decree was passed on 21.11.2017.

3.Therefore, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.07.2025 and pass orders within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
