When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that survey of the subject property has been conducted on 29.07.2025 with the help of the police and the petitioner refused to acknowledge the survey conducted by the respondents. The survey report prepared by the respondents was sent to the petitioner by registered post on 18.08.2025. The copy of the postal receipt is also produced before this Court.

2. Recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
