Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the second respondent to issue him joint patta by considering his representation.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other. The interested parties shall be put on notice.
