RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition with regard to executing two blood sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.13994 of 2020 by order dated 04.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SIVASUBRAMANIAN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KR.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13994 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020.
2.This Court by an order dated 04.12.2020 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Thiruvaiyaru. Now the petitioner is unable to produce blood sureties. Therefore he seeks modification.
3. Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.7722 of 2020 Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Thiruvaiyaru.
