ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondent to sanction the financial assistance to the petitioner under Dr.Ambedkar scheme for social integration through inter-caste marriage by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to consider the claim made by the petitioner, dated 25.07.2022 under Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through inter-caste marriage and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
