ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to conduct a fair and proper enquiry to take appropriate action against the 2nd respondent in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent, seeking action against the second respondent, who had defrauded the petitioner by receiving a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs. However, no action has been taken. Hence this petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that proper enquiry was conducted. However, due to the petitioner's inability to produce proper evidence to prove the said transaction, action has been dropped on his complaint, after enquiry.

4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint before the concerned Court. 19.06.2026 NCC : yes / no Index : yes / no pnn To
