To set aside the judgment and decree dated 20th November 2020 passed in MCOP No.51 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Pudukottai (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal of Pudukottai) by allowing this appeal.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.C.MANIYARASU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner/claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount deposited to the credit of MCOP.No.51 of 2016 together with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CMP(MD) No.8734 of 2021 proportionate interest and costs on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Chief Judicial Magistrate Court), Pudukottai.
