ORDER
This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 8 days to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur in Crl.M.P.No.228 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025 and grant interim custody of the vehicles, bearing Registration Nos.KL-63-H-1670 and KL-63-H-2442 in R.P.R.No.23 of 2025 in favour of the petitioner.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
