ORDER:- This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 31/03/2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Sattur D.No.194/2022 Dated 02/03/2022, and this Court made the following order:

This Court by order, dated 31.03.2021 directed the Subordinate Judge, Sattur to dispose of HMOP.No.181 of 2015 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of papers from the transferee Court. Now, the Subordinate Judge has submitted a letter stating that the records were received on 04.06.2021 and the case is also pending for respondent side arguments. So, further one month time is granted to dispose the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
