Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is the mother of the fourth respondent. She alleges that she has been driven out of the house by her son/fourth respondent herein.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the fourth respondent appears before this Court, through video conferencing and he informs the Court that the petitioner, who is his mother, can very well stay in the petition mentioned house, namely, Door No.6, Anuman Temple Street, Melur, Madurai. W.P.(MD)No.19429 of 2020 4.Recording the submission made by the fourth respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
