ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking early disposal of her petition in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. 2.A perusal of the record would show that the petition had been filed by the petitioner in the year 2016 and the same has been kept pending since then and on most of the occasions, the petitioner has been present and it is only on 10.02.2021, the learned Judge had opened trial in the above petition. The chief examination of the petitioner and the marking of the documents had taken place on 10.02.2021 and on 19.04.2021, further documents Ex.P5 to Ex.P8 were marked. Thereafter, the matter is being adjourned from 19.04.2021 for the cross examination of P.W.1. On 12.10.2021, P.W.1 was cross examined and the matter was once again adjourned to 26.10.2021 for marking further petitioner side evidence, if any. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, is therefore, directed to dispose of the petition in D.V.O.P.No.4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _________

C.R.P.(MD) (PD) No.1740 of 2021 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and forward a report of the same to this Court.

3.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
