ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order in Cr.M.P.No.5754 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (FAC), Virudhunagar and set aside the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the point of jurisdiction, now the complaint has been forwarded to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Madurai.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the date of alleged occurrence the petitioner was juvenile that may be taken into account at the time of conducting the investigation as the case may be.

4. In view of the above said submissions, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thirumangalam, to complete the investigation progress as expeditiously as possible by issuing summons to the petitioner as well as the second respondent. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his 2/4

grievances before the concerned Investigating Officer, during the course of investigation.

In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of.
