ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.119 of 2024, for the offence punishable under 1/3

Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Considering the objections raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the earlier petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8586 of 2024 was dismissed on 12.06.2024.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also he made an endorsement to that effect. 4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
