Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to dispense with the producing of certificate copy of the Tamil Version of Detention Order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings reference N.S.A.No.01/2023 dated 06.04.2023.

To issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other Writ or Direction, calling for the entire records, connected to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceeding reference N.S.A.No.01/2023 dated on 06.04.2023 and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue by name Tripurari Kumar Tiwari @ Manish Kasyap, son of Udit Kumar Tiwari aged about 32 years, now confining at Madurai Central Prison, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIGNESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
