Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SIVABALAN.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.7599 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.290 of 2023, dated 25.05.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is involved in 5 murder cases.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition at this stage. 5.The petition is dismissed accordingly.
