PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein not to survey the land in R.S.No. 413/4A, R.S.No. 413/4B and R.S.No. 413/5B to an extent of 72 Cents situated at Palanganatham, Madakulam Village, Madurai pending disposal of the pending litigations on the file of the court of law. 1/4

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the Thasildar, Thiruparankundram Taluk not to survey the land in R.S.No. 413/4A, R.S.No. 413/4B and R.S.No. 413/5B to an extent of 72 Cents situated at Palanganatham, Madakulam Village, 2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 29.01.2024 and 07.02.2024 there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition was ordered to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the revenue records for the 2/4

subject land stands in the name of the third respondent and survey has also been conducted.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and since there is no representation for the petitioner even after sufficient opportunities have been provided, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
