Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing all the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 09.03.2016, 11.03.2016 & 14.03.2016 of the petitioners regarding re-fixation of selection Grade & Special Grade in the cadre of Secondary Grade Teachers in the light of G.O.Ms.No.62 Finance (CMPC) Department, dated 09.03.2015 and common orders dated 04.06.2015 of the Honourable Division bench of Madurai High Court within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is widely worded, the

learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 14.03.2016 is directed to be disposed of by the respondents in the light of G.O.Ms.No.62 Finance (CMPC) Department, dated 09.03.2015 and in the light of the judgment of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD)No.351 of 2014(batch), dated 04.06.2015, within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents herein are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.03.2016, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.62 Finance (CMPC) Department, dated 09.03.2015 and in the light of the judgment of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD)No.351 of 2014(batch), dated 04.06.2015, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
