ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.54 of 2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.54 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 441 and 506(i) of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even after lapse of six months, the investigation has not been completed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that so far four witnesses have been examined and their statements were recorded and investigation will be completed within short time and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15992 of 2021 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry. 5.This petition is disposed of, accordingly.
