ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.07.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.S.R. No. 975 of 2022. Since there was no cooperation on the side of the petitioner, the complaint was closed.
