ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondent to give patta for the suit property of 5.9 cents out of 59 cents bearing in Survey No. 42 situated at Meenatchi Nagar, Veerapanjan Village, Madurai.

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that patta had already been granted in respect of the lands measuring to an extent of 59 cents in Survey No.42 and thereafter, sub divisions have also been effected. Therefore, the writ petitioner would not be entitled to the relief claimed by him.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
