This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 herein to consider the petitioner's representation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 16.04.2016 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct peace committee meeting and to advice the respondents 6 to 8 not to restrain the petitioner in contributing the petitioner's participation in the temple festival by taking karagam as per the consent deed executed during the year 2007.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the petitioner and opposite parties were called for a meeting and in that meeting, the parties have agreed to amicably settle the matter by way of approaching the civil Court.
