ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the fifth respondent Corporation is the competent authority to survey, measure and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property. He would request four weeks time to carry out such exercise.

2.In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction as under:

"The Assistant Commissioner, Tiruchirappalli Corporation/fifth respondent herein, who is the competent authority, is directed to survey, measure and demarcate the petitioner's land bearing Plots Nos.7, 8, 9 and 10 comprised of Town Survey Nos.220, 225, 224 and 223, Block No.13, AU Ward, Tiruchirapalli Corporation, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No costs.
