ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The main contention of the petitioner is that whenever the petitioner demanded payment of dues in respect of a sale agreement entering by him with the fourth respondent, the later threatens him with dire consequences. His further contention is that though the complaint dated 03.10.2020 has been lodged with the third respondent in this regard, till date there is no response and hence, the present writ petition.

3.Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the complaint, dated 03.10.2020, given by the petitioner was registered as Current Paper No.G3/110/2020 and the same is pending for enquiry.

W.P.(MD)No.19304 of 2020 4.Since the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to direct the second respondent to consider his representation, dated 03.10.2020, this Court, without going into the merits of the case projected by the petitioner either in his representation or in the affidavit, directs the second respondent to consider the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 03.10.2020 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
