2.The revision petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of C.A.No. 68 of 2014 pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Nagercoil.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. Pendency of an appeal for 10 years is unacceptable.

4.The learned Additional District Judge, Nagercoil is directed to dispose of C.A.No.68 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
