2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the final report in CC No.134 of 2016 has been filed in the year 2016, it is kept pending without any progress. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and the fact that the case is pending from the year 2016 that too, for the offence under Section 304A IPC the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District is directed to conclude the trial in CC No.134 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
