It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has married with a person of her choice and has converted into Islam, on which, her family members are allegedly harassing her, hence, a complaint has been given to the respondent Police, but no action was taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner has been residing at Kambam within the territorial jurisdiction of the third respondent Police and that she was informed that in case the family 2/5

members of the petitioner create any problem, she may approach the third respondent, who will take suitable action. Accordingly, the representation given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.66 of 2023, was closed.

4. Considering the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
