ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the defacto complainant is the daughter of first petitioner, sister of second and fourth petitioners. By suppressing the preliminary decree obtained by the petitioners in O.S.No.227 of 1996, on the file of Sub Court, Virudhunagar, the defacto complainant has executed a settlement deed in favour of her son, namely Govindarajan and when the same was brought to the knowledge of the petitioners, they filed I.A.No.1 of 2021 for executing the above said preliminary decree. Pending the above said process, the present complaint has been registered against the petitioners.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the reference made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar in Crl.M.P.No.6333 of 2023 under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, enquiry is underway. 3.Since, enquiry is pending against the petitioners, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. Let the petitioners produce all the documents available with them. The said enquiry should be concluded by the respondent within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioners finds any trouble in future, they can work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
