ORDER

Seeking to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2026 given against the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is filed.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the complaint was not received.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation in person. On receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the private respondent on notice under section 64 BNSS and thereafter conclude the enquiry as expeditiously as possible within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh representation made by the petitioner.
