(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2. The appellant has worked as Chief Head Warder. He has been transferred from Thirumayam to Coimbatore. Challenging the transfer order, he filed W.P.(MD)No.15557 of 2025. The learned single Judge directed the authority to consider the appellant's request for retention.
3. Since the learned single Judge had called upon the authority to look into the appellant's representation, we cannot assume that the appellant's request will not be considered.
4. In this view of the matter, we decline to interfere. This writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
