ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondents, not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation given to the 1st respondents dated 06.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the tenancy land dispute that has been arose between the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5, which are sisters of the petitioner and based upon the complaint given by them, harassment has been made by the second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner, which was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16008 of 2021 also enquired in CSR.No.361 of 2019. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is tenancy dispute between the parties. They have also given undertaking to the effect that they would workout their remedy through proper proceedings before the civil Court. Even though trouble arose between them, hence, by the order dated 26.07.2021, recommendation has been made to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kumbakonam, to convene a peace committee meeting to resolve the dispute between the parties. On the apprehension of breach of peace, peace committee meeting to be organized. 4.Let the Revenue Divisional Officer conduct the Peace Committee Meeting and settle the matter amicably. The petitioner must be participate in the peace committee meeting. There is no harassment by the second respondent.
