2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to send pension proposal of the petitioner and further direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the said proposal and sanction pension benefit to the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2016.

4. Though the prayer in the Writ Petition is widely worded, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 13.04.2016 is directed to be disposed of by the respondents, within a stipulated time.

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
