ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer on compassionate ground in any one of the Noon Meal Centre in Kadavur Panchayat Union, Karur District, by considering the representation dated 09.03.2020.

2.By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has given a representation, dated 09.03.2020 to the 2nd respondent requesting him to provide the post of Noon Meal Organizer to the petitioner on compassionate ground and to appoint her in the aforesaid station.

W.P.(MD)No.19528 of 2020 4.Though the 2nd respondent, by proceedings dated 18.03.2019, forwarded the aforesaid representation to the 1st respondent along with a proposal, enclosing all necessary documents for passing further orders, the same has not been considered by the 1st respondent so far. Hence, the present writ petition. 5.In reply, Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would fairly submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2020, would be considered, in the light of the recommendation made by the 2nd respondent, dated 18.03.2019, within a period of eight weeks.

6.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2020 and pass appropriate orders, in the light of the recommendation made by the 2nd respondent, dated 18.03.2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
