ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SIVA THILAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to permit the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the deposited award amount with accrued interest and cost which is credited in M.C.O.P.No.176 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tuticorin. 2.Perused the records.

CMP(MD) No.8761 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount with proportionate accrued interest and costs, by filing appropriate application before the Tribunal.
