ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings, dated 17.03.2025, and to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to comply the Notification issued by the 1st respondent dated 31.10.2012 and to remove the incorrect entry maintaining in the guideline value register within a reasonable time as stipulate by this Court. 2/5
2. Even though the 5th respondent claims the property to be temple property and relies on temple documents, the petitioner possesses documents that establish his entitlement to the property. Hence, he seeks an opportunity to prove the same.
3. When it is a temple land, the 3rd respondent is bound to conduct enquiry by calling the petitioner as well as 5th respondent and conduct enquiry and then pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order as per the order passed in the case of Sudha Ravi Kumar and Another Vs. The Special Commissioner and Others in W.P.Nos.30589 of 2013 and batch, dated 05.04.2017.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
